This means I approach the work we do as a Wholistic Health Practitioner, considering all aspects of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health, collective family histories, lifestyle, food and nutrition in our time together.

I hold certificates in Addictions, Trauma, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and have pursued professional development in Expressive Arts, Brief Solution Focussed, Acceptance and Commitment Therapies and Compassionate Inquiry.

I am a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Work and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).

Terra is a single mother of three spirited youth who have been the inspiration for her studies and work. With family ties to the home of her heart, Cape Breton, she proudly identifies with her Mi’kmaq and mixed European Settler ancestry, and is actively immersed in culture, history, and tradition with strong connections to her community in Niagara. Her love and deep respect for land based knowledge and health is foundational to the work she does with others as they rediscover a life worth living.
